- You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
- After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

- Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 workings days.
- If you are eligible for a refund, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returned items.

- Items that have been used, damaged(if damaged after receiving in a good condition), or altered from their original condition
