We offer a 7-day refund policy for most items. Please review the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility:

    • We only offer refund if products received in damaged condition or products with missing parts . Make sure to take a video while unboxing the product.
    • Some items may not be eligible for a refund, such as Personalized or custom-made products. Please contact our customer support for more information.
  2. Timeframe:

    • You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
    • After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
  3. Refund Process:

    • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team ( with your order details and reason for the refund request.
    • Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 workings days.
  4. Return Shipping:

    • If you are eligible for a refund, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returned items.
  5. Exceptions:

    • The following items are not eligible for a refund:
      • Items that have been used, damaged(if damaged after receiving in a good condition), or altered from their original condition
